About Us

Barrique PBGVs is home to Brianne and Jesse Weber, as well as our pack of happy hounds and rescue mix, who loves to watch over them all. We believe it is detrimental to the preservation of this amazing breed, that our dogs and our breeding philosophy follow a set of priorities that are not limited to fantastic temperaments, health, longevity, structural integrity, instinct, and overall breed type. We feel that being heavily involved in health testing, proper puppy socialization protocols, show conformation as well as hunt tests, and partnering with respected breeders across the world, is the best way to set the future of our beloved breed up for success.
